Terms of Service

By accessing or using the A4Tool HRMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the platform or use any of our services.

A4Tool provides a unified Human Resource Management System (HRMS) including, but not limited to, payroll processing, biometric attendance tracking, EPF/ESIC statutory compliance, Form 16 generation, and IT asset registries. The service is subject to modification or enhancement without prior notice.

We take data privacy seriously. As a processor of your human capital data, we adhere to SOC2 Type II and ISO 27001 standards. You retain all rights to your data. By using A4Tool, you grant us permission to process this data strictly for the purpose of providing our services as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

While A4Tool provides tools to automate calculations for TDS, EPF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements, the final responsibility for compliance, accurate filings, and adherence to Indian Labour Laws rests solely with your organization.

Services are billed on a subscription basis. Payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend access to the platform if your account falls into arrears.

In no event shall A4Tool Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
